Here is another #KitchenCreation. Pan seared Opaka Paka, Hawaiian Snapper (ginger, Dijon & honey with olive oil. On a bed of saffron rice with a warm Pico de Gallo tossed over some arugula and avocado. A bottle of Vouvray and yum yum. Never had this fish before. Very pale pink, juicy & incredible
