Margo Rey Co-Headlines With Helios Jazz Orchestra at Nova 535

Los Angeles, CA – Singer/songwriter Margo Rey will be mesmerizing audiences and garnering new fans when she and her band co-headline a show at NOVA 535 with the famed Helios Jazz Orchestra on Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Rey will perform for a second time that week when she headlines at the Nova 535 venue on Friday, November 18, 2011.

The Adult Contemporary artist, Margo Rey will take the stage at the award-winning NOVA 535 venue from 7:00 – 11:00 pm on November 15th with Margo playing from 8:15pm to 10:00pm. After 10:00 pm all St. Petersburg musicians are invited to join in for a jam session which promises fun for all.  On Friday November 18th, she will take the stage to headline her own show at Nova 535, with doors opening at 8:00pm and performance set from 9:00 – 10:00pm.

Margo Rey’s new single “Let The Rain” (co-written with John Oates from Hall & Oates) has zoomed to #17 on the Billboard Mainstream AC chart (Adult Contemporary). The song also earned the title of Billboard’s “Hot Shot Debut” in September. In addition, Margo Rey (a breast cancer survivor and self-proclaimed “Breast Cancer Warrior”) recently filmed a Public Service Announcement in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month and donates funds regularly. She encourages women across the world to get mammograms and checkups. Margo Rey also donates performances to the Armed Forces Foundation, which assists injured military personnel. Both concerts at Nova will have a portion of the proceeds donated to both causes.
