This practice is all about activating our calves, quads and hips, giving way to a stronger base for our core strength. Using variations on malasana, we find that there is more to this ‘squat’ than most yogis think. Other postures included in this practice are ardha chandrasana, horse stance, warrior 2 and side angle. A few arm balance and hand balance options are given but, as always, they are completely OPTIONAL. We need a block for this practice. Enjoy my fellow yogis! Prop Needed: One block
